HOUSTON -- Production from McCully gas field in New Brunswick to the Maritimes & Northeast Pipeline is to begin in mid-June 2007, said field operator Corridor Resources Inc., Halifax, NS.

Cost of the gathering system, gas plant, and connecting pipeline is $60 million.


Meanwhile, the P-76 well becomes the field"s 21st successful gas well, having cut 33 m of net gas pay in the Hiram Brook formation.


After frac later this summer, the well will be tied into the McCully gathering system and is expected to begin delivering gas in November.


Nabors Rig 86 will now spud the D-66 well from the same surface pad. Nabors Rig 4 is drilling the E-38 well at 2,798 m in the Hiram Brook formation.


Corridor plans to begin a seven-well frac program near the end of July, including two Fredericks Brook intervals at the F-58 well.
