On Friday, total gas consumption across all sectors — residential, commercial, small industries, power plants, and major industries — hit 695.9 million cubic meters. Of this, 378.44 million cubic meters were consumed by households, commercial users, and small industries; 178.72 million cubic meters by power plants; and 169.23 million cubic meters by major industries.
Consumption trends show that until recent weeks, power plants accounted for the largest share of gas usage. However, with the onset of colder weather, household consumption has surpassed that of power plants. Experts predict further increases in residential demand in the coming days, emphasizing the importance of energy conservation to ensure stable gas supply during the winter season.
