Musa Mousavi stated, “In this unequal and imposed war by the Zionist regime against our homeland, the people’s primary concern was fuel supply. Fortunately, the Oil Ministry’s performance in this regard was commendable.”
He added, “Although in the early days of the war, long lines formed at gas stations due to public fears of fuel shortages, over time—thanks to the Oil Ministry’s relentless efforts and reduced public anxiety—the lines shortened. People realized there was no need to worry about fuel during this period.”
The Energy Committee member thanked oil industry workers, emphasizing that the Oil Ministry worked tirelessly in recent days to protect the country’s oil and gas facilities from enemy attacks while ensuring stable fuel supply and distribution, providing significant reassurance to the public.
On June 13, the Zionist regime violated international law and the national sovereignty of the Islamic Republic of Iran by targeting areas in Tehran and other cities, including nuclear facilities. The terrorist attack killed several scientists, military personnel, and civilians.
After 12 days of conflict, the US president announced a cease-fire agreement between Iran and the Zionist regime on June 24.
