The exhibition will take place from May 8–11, 2025, in Tehran, with over 2,000 domestic and international companies registered to participate.

The event will feature various sectors, including:

- Upstream oil and gas companies 

- Exploration and production firms 

- Domestic manufacturers 

- Midstream and downstream gas industries 

- Refining and petrochemical companies 

- New technology-based firms, technology parks, universities, startups, and other oil-related businesses 

As Iran’s premier oil and gas event, the exhibition is organized by the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) under the guidance of the Ministry of Oil. Key participants include subsidiaries of the ministry—such as the National Iranian Gas Company, National Iranian Oil Refining and Distribution Company, and National Petrochemical Company—along with major industry players.
