Continued oil exports result from oil industry workers' efforts

SHANA (Tehran) – The CEO of Iran Oil Terminals Company (IOTC) stated that the sustained export of oil is the result of the relentless efforts of the industry's workforce, adding, "We are constantly working to maintain stable oil exports, improve performance and enhance infrastructure."

Abbas Asadrouz highlighted IOTC's mission to support and sustain Iran's oil and gas production, saying, "Oil terminals, as the final link in the oil industry's value chain, serve as the operational connection point for domestic and international customers and play a vital role in ensuring the quality and precision of the country's oil exports."

Emphasizing the importance of environmental considerations, the expectations of the National Iranian Oil Company and the policies of the oil minister, Asadrouz said, "IOTC must always be prepared to meet oil export-related demands. The company effectively carries out its operational duties at fixed docks, floating buoys and vessels in open waters."

The IOTC CEO noted the significance of scientific management and human resources, stating, "This is a mission-driven organization whose success depends on physical assets and workforce capabilities. Organizational development must be based on scientific management and upgrading physical infrastructure, such as pipelines, storage tanks and docks."

One-million-barrel storage tank to become operational soon

Asadrouz said several tank maintenance projects had been launched in recent months, with a one-million-barrel storage tank set to become operational in the near future. "These measures align with strengthening strategic infrastructure," he added.

Referring to IOTC's strategy-focused approach, he said, "Strategic management means designing an ideal environment and a path to achieve it. We use mind mapping and scientific methods to plan and implement the organization's long-term goals."

The IOTC CEO added that the company operates in multiple provinces, including Khuzestan, Bushehr and Jask, where processes for receiving, storing, measuring and exporting crude oil are continuously carried out.

Asadrouz credited Iran's sustained oil exports to the tireless efforts of the industry's employees, stressing, "We consistently strive to maintain export stability, improve performance and upgrade infrastructure."

He said IOTC, through precise planning and a focus on enhancing infrastructure and human resources, has maintained its critical role in Iran's oil industry and continues working toward its objectives.
