Keramat Veis-Karami stated that with the start of the Nowruz travels, the company has stored the necessary gasoline in oil depots across the country. "We have made the necessary preparations to supply fuel at over 4,500 liquid fuel, gasoline, and diesel stations, as well as 2,500 CNG stations," he said.
He added that fuel consumption is expected to rise due to increased travel and advised citizens to carry and use their personal fuel smart cards to avoid the need for emergency station cards.
"Although the number of emergency cards at stations and operational areas has been increased, we emphasize the use of personal cards," Veis-Karami said.
The CEO also recommended that travelers fill their vehicle tanks at the start of their journeys to avoid long queues along the way. Additionally, Nowruz monitoring teams have been dispatched to oversee fuel stations and are present on all major routes to ensure smooth fuel supply operations.
