Abolhosseini told a group of state employees that the refining target set for Abadan refinery is at 350,000 bpd but the figure rose by four percent to 364,000 bpd this year.
He said Abadan Refinery with a 104 years history meets 23 percent of the country’s oil derivatives.
He put potential refining capacity of Abadan refinery at 450,000 bpd and said regarding domestic need, the production now hits 370,000 bpd./
