Iran’s 4-Month Trade Up $7.5b

TEHRAN August 9 (Shana)--Iran’s trade transactions have increased by nearly 7.5 billion dollars during the first four months of the current calendar year which started on March 21, customs data shows.

The data showed Iran’s non-oil exports were 21 percent more than last year’s 17 billion dollars.
The main non-oil products exported abroad include liquefied propane, methanol and butane. The products were exported to China, Iraq, United Arab Emirates, Afghanistan and Turkey.
Iran’s exports to China were up 32 percent and exports to Turkey were up 31 percent year-on-year.
