According to the Iranian Offshore Oil Company, Energy Committee Chairman Mousa Ahmadi, who traveled to the region alongside CEO Ahmadreza Rasti, praised employees of the offshore oil company and other firms based on the island. He said their commitment under difficult wartime conditions reflects a strong sense of duty and determination to defend the country’s national interests.
During the visit, the company’s CEO also expressed appreciation for employees working in operational areas who maintained oil production despite severe wartime challenges. He presented a report on the company’s performance.
The visit included briefings by Bahman Yazdanpanah, deputy head of the Lavan operational zone, along with local and refinery officials. Participants reviewed damage caused during the conflict and discussed practical solutions for addressing current challenges, accelerating reconstruction and improving conditions.
Ahmadi and the offshore oil company’s CEO also conducted a field inspection of facilities in the Lavan operational zone and the Lavan Oil Refining Co., both of which sustained damage during the conflict.
