In a statement released by the National Petrochemical Company, the text of the decree issued by Hassan Abbaszadeh reads:

“Given your competence, expertise and commitment, you are hereby appointed as acting head of public relations at the National Petrochemical Company.

It is hoped that, by relying on Almighty God and utilizing the capacities of colleagues, you will succeed in carrying out your assigned duties.”

Mirmehrabi holds a doctorate in media management. His previous experience in the oil industry includes serving as head of exhibitions, advertising and media production at the National Iranian Oil Company, communications and information officer at the National Iranian Oil Company, and executive manager of the Iran International Oil, Gas, Refining and Petrochemical Exhibition.
