According to a statement from the South Pars Gas Complex, CEO Gholamabbas Hosseini said at a strategic meeting of managers that the strong performance of the complex’s 13 refineries this winter ensured steady gas output during peak demand.
“Stable gas production at the height of consumption and securing comfort for citizens were achieved through precise planning, smart management and the round-the-clock efforts of committed employees,” Hosseini said.
He added that the experience of managing winter peak demand should be treated as a strategic asset for future years. Hosseini said all issues, challenges and potential bottlenecks from the period must be carefully identified, analyzed and documented to strengthen the path toward sustained production.
Focus on critical infrastructure stability
Hosseini emphasized the importance of infrastructure, saying the company will accelerate targeted programs to ensure a stable water supply for the refineries.
Protecting critical infrastructure is essential to guaranteeing safe and continuous production, he said.
Early start for 1405 major overhauls
Hosseini said major overhaul operations for the year 1405 will begin in the early days of the new year.
The overhauls will be carried out with an innovative approach, drawing on past successful experiences and operational coordination to increase equipment readiness, he said.
Expanding best practices across refineries
Hosseini also stressed the need for greater synergy among the refineries. He said refinery-specific problems should be precisely identified and resolved, while successful measures implemented at other refineries should be adopted complexwide.
He expressed appreciation for employees and managers, voicing hope that continued teamwork, innovation and operational discipline will enable the complex to play an effective role in ensuring stable energy supply in the year ahead.
