TEHRAN (SHANA) -- The 23rd Ministerial Meeting of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF) was held via video conference on Tuesday November 16, 2021, and ended with an agreement on appointing Algeria’s Mohamed Hamel as the new secretary general of the forum.
