It is expected that, with God’s guidance and by using all available capacities, you will work toward the following key policy goals:

 Strengthening and expanding effective internal and external communications

 Developing and implementing clear, coordinated public-information programs on the company’s activities and achievements, as well as those of the petrochemical sector

 Enhancing the National Petrochemical Co.’s brand at the national and regional levels

 Supporting the unified and effective participation of Iran’s petrochemical industry in domestic and international events under the banner of ‘Iran’s Petrochemical Industry’

 Leveraging the Iran Plast exhibition to help stimulate the downstream petrochemical business environment and facilitate access to international markets

 Deepening cooperation with the Oil Ministry’s Public Relations Department, expanding engagement with petrochemical holding companies nationwide, and organizing regular meetings with public-relations heads in the petrochemical sector to build coherence and unified policies

 Promoting an organizational culture based on trust, transparency and accountability

 Establishing an effective feedback system to assess the satisfaction of internal and external stakeholders
