Paknejad said he would not disclose details of Iran’s oil sales and delivery operations because such information could potentially be exploited by the country’s adversaries.
“At certain points, conditions allowed us to move part of the oil to the customer delivery point, and that was a considerable volume,” he said.
The minister said the sale and delivery of Iranian crude in waters beyond the country’s territorial limits continued during the period between two blockades Iran had faced.
“Even after the blockade, the sales process has continued,” Paknejad said, adding that authorities were working diligently to ensure the necessary measures are taken to maintain the flow of oil sales and deliveries.
SHANA (Tehran) – Iran continues to sell crude oil and deliver it to customers at sea beyond the country’s territorial waters, Oil Minister Mohsen Paknejad said.
