According to report by Shana correspondent, drilling of 54 oil wells in Yadavaran oil field has been already completed as drilling of the final one is underway.

The report says that construction of underground and on the surface facilities has progressed enough to enable production of 50 thousand barrels of oil per day possible before the end of current Iranian calendar year on March 21.   

The oil field started early production in August 2013 after drilling 8 oil wells and setting up the related facilities. The oil field is yielding 25 thousand barrels of oil per day now.

Yadavaran oil field is set to produce 180 thousand barrels of oil per day after the completion of its second phase.
