According to the NPC, the session brought together CEO Hassan Abbaszadeh, Deputy Oil Minister for Planning Ahmad Zeraatkar, chief executives and senior managers of petrochemical holding companies, as well as senior officials from the NPC and the National Iranian Gas Company.

Participants discussed current production conditions and companies’ approaches to improving energy efficiency in the new year.

It was decided that holding companies will submit their specific plans for optimizing energy consumption, with a focus on securing required feedstock, to the NPC.
