Phases 6, 7, 8 Yield 18 mb of Condensate in H1

TEHRAN, Nov. 25 (Shana) -- The gas condensate output of phase 6, 7 and 8 of the supergiant South Pars Gas Field hit the 18-million-barrel record in the first half of the current Iranian calendar year which began on March 21.

According to Caretaker of the 4th refinery of the South Pars Gas Complex (SPGC) Behzad Salari, the facility processed 18 million barrels of the item during the period.

He said the refinery also supplied 390 million cubic meters of processed sour gas to the first refinery of the complex during the first 6 months of the current calendar year.

Salari added that the refinery also supplied 1.25 bcm of sour gas to the second refinery of the facility and 870 mcm of the item to the 5th refinery of the SPGC.

The plant also supplied 139,000 tons of propane, and 105,000 tons of butane in the 6 months.
