“Refineries have undertaken certain programs to produce clean fuel and quality gasoline with Euro-4 and Euro-5 standards,” he told Shana on the sidelines of the 15th International Environment Exhibition here.
“NIORDC has taken a number of measures to protect the environment including recycling of gasoline fumes in petrol stations and tankers,” he added.
He also said that HSE department in NIORDC has plans underway for management of waste and production of clean fuel.
