“As the representative of the government in the energy sector, the NIORDC pays attention to energy security, the environment and the capital market,” Abbas Kazemi said.
“If the stakeholders [in the refineries] want to see their capitals remain stable they have to prioritize quality projects,” he said.
Kazemi added that low-quality products of the refineries will be no longer purchased after Persian Gulf Star Refinery becomes operational.
