“Gas refining companies are required to cut their energy consumption by 10 percent by the end of the [calendar] year and present the projects needed for realizing this achievement to the NIGC Directorate [for Coordination and Production Supervision],” Mehdi Jamshidi-Dana said.
He said that NIGC is drafting certificates for efficient energy use to be awarded to gas refining companies.
